Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ArrowPad.fun website and interface (the “Interface”). By using the Interface you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
1. The Interface is not the Protocol
ArrowPad.fun is a web interface for interacting with the ArrowPad smart contracts (the “Protocol”): a set of autonomous, immutable contracts deployed on public blockchains. The Protocol is non-custodial — we never hold, control, or have access to your tokens, funds, or private keys. Anyone can interact with the Protocol directly, without this Interface.
Transactions are executed by the blockchain, not by us. Once submitted, they are irreversible. We cannot pause, reverse, or modify Protocol behavior: the contracts have no owner, no upgrade path, and permanently locked liquidity positions.
2. Tokens are created by users, not by us
Every token on ArrowPad is deployed by a third-party creator through a permissionless smart contract. We do not create, issue, sponsor, endorse, vet, or verify any token, its creator, or the claims either of them makes. Names, symbols, images, descriptions, and links are supplied entirely by creators and are not reviewed by us.
A token bearing a well-known name, ticker, or logo implies no affiliation with, or approval by, that brand. Listing on the Interface is automatic and is not a recommendation to buy. The creator of a token is solely responsible for it — you transact with them and with the Protocol at your own risk, and any dispute over a token is between you and its creator.
3. Eligibility
By using the Interface you represent that you:
- are of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use it;
- are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where accessing the Interface or trading digital assets is prohibited;
- are not subject to economic sanctions, and are not acting on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity;
- use the Interface at your own risk and on your own behalf.
4. No financial advice, no offering
Nothing on the Interface constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy any asset. Prices, charts, and statistics are provided for convenience, may be inaccurate or delayed, and must not be relied upon for trading decisions. You are solely responsible for evaluating any token and for any taxes arising from your activity. Do your own research.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Interface to:
- violate any law, including securities, sanctions, and anti-fraud laws;
- launch tokens that infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, or are designed to deceive buyers;
- engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent schemes;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the Interface.
6. Fees
The Protocol may charge an on-chain creation fee (hard-capped in the contracts) and routes a share of Uniswap V3 swap fees to token creators and the protocol treasury. All fees are enforced by the smart contracts and visible on-chain before you transact. Blockchain network (gas) fees are outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE OR THE PROTOCOL WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE SMART CONTRACTS HAVE NOT BEEN AUDITED BY AN INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY. SEE THE RISK DISCLOSURE FOR IMPORTANT RISK INFORMATION.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data — arising from your use of the Interface or the Protocol, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Interface.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArrowPad.fun, its contributors and operators, from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Interface or Protocol, any token you launch or trade, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the Interface after changes constitutes acceptance. The Protocol itself is immutable and unaffected by changes to these Terms.
